Rubik's Cube challenge at OGDC

More than 30 participants took part in the second preliminary round of the Rubik's Cube Challenge organised by the Oil and Gas Discovery Centre (OGDC) in Seria yesterday in conjunction with the opening of the 'Puzzles and Illusions Exhibition'. The objective of the game is to solve the challenge in the fastest time possible. The challenge is organised monthly from July to August and October to November. Three monthly winners will then compete during the grand finals in December. The OGDC will also be organising a workshop on solving Rubik's cube using mathematical formulas. The challenge is part of the centre's fun activities to instill student's interest in science and mathematics.
